Agricultural land licences are ideal when you want to grant short-term use of your land for a specific purpose. For example, you might want to let for an agricultural show, a car boot sale, or for someone to use your equestrian facilities, or simply a field for spring grazing. These agreements protect you and your property and establish a simple legal relationship which cannot be confused with a lease.
Agricultural land licences
Agricultural licence: to occupy land with stables; barn or other out-buildings
This is a simple license of land for any non-business use. The land may or may not have stables or other buildings on it. As this document will be mostly used by equestrian lovers, it has been drawn to include equestrian related provisions, however, it can just as easily be used for any other non- business use.
Agricultural land licence: to hold a show; fair or other event
A licence for any event taking place on agricultural land - equestrian, market, rally or fair etc. between the land owner and event organiser. The event may take place on any number of days and the agreement allows additional time for setting out, packing up and cleaning
