"This was perfect for my needs, it would have cost a fortune to pay a solicitor to do this for me, not to mention the time for me to review etc. I have compared the document to other contracts competitors are using and it's actually much better. Of course I have to add in some things and take out others but the notes at the end are fantastic.

This is truly disruptive to the industry, and delivers the benefits of speed and savings to the end user.

My concern was that I would not be 'covered' by all eventualities but it seems to be all there. Anyway in my experience of dealing face to face with solicitors, they are always under pressure and probably copy one document to another and who knows what gets edited out after many uses of a contract template. Upon reading this contract it is clear someone has thought it out properly.

I will be buying more contract in the future."

We were not aware that we had any competitors on quality! You are right about solicitors. That is how they work - and it is very easy to leave out something important. Your solicitor will also want to provide exactly what you want, and in doing so, will not give you options as we do.
