The document is comprehensive, it's in plain English so easy to review and is very user friendly when it comes to editing. It took the hassle out of document creation, formatting, editing and ensuring I incorporated all the important reference points.

Bought the tenancy agreement. Wasn't many options for such a service for Ireland. Liked the website - all pretty straight forward. Easy to order and felt confident in the purchase.
Cost was good for the quality of the service. I would have no hesitation in recommending the service.

A Comprehensive checklist of inventory and rent book.
I would recommend to others as there is little available online that is as comprehensive.

Your service is excellent in that the website is easy to navigate (I found the required document very quickly), payment and download are more or less instant. The document itself is just what I was looking for - a comprehensive tenancy agreement in plain English that both I and more importantly my tenants will understand.
