Nice to be able to review the document before purchase. Easy to download and pay for. Nice and clear language. Easy to edit though I did find that the sub paragraph numbers did not automatically update themselves when I inserted a new sub paragraph.Though over all an excellent document. I found you when looking for an a draft agreement I could make with a lodger. This being my first time with a lodger I had no idea that I should have 'licence agreement' rather than a tenancy agreement so it was great to have that explained. The draft version also alerted me to things that I had not really thought about. I did have a suggestion from a friend of mine about limiting the hours of cooking, particularly late at night, that was not on your document which I think would be a good thing to include. I would certainly recommend you to others.

The glory of plain English. So refreshing to see a law-related service that doesn't feel the need to intimidate the consumer with archaisms, jargon, fussiness and all that 'May't please the Court'' nonsense that should have gone out with the British Empire. Reasonably priced, easy to access, sound reassurance that my property and myself will be covered in the event of a dispute with my licensor.

Excellent, very easy to download and edit to my requirements. Smooth transaction with PayPal and was available immediately. Exactly what i was looking for when renting out a room in my house, I wouldn't of known where to start regarding writing out a contract. The tips attached were also very useful. I definately recommend this service and will be using it again.
