About IE-EQ005:
IE-EQ005 is an option agreement which will bind a seller to a future sale if the optioner (buyer) decides to exercise the option. The agreement contains full provision for terms relating to the subsequent purchase/sale transaction, but is set up as an option, invalid if not exercised by the date stated. |
