person or charity.Suitable for single person with no relatives
About this document
This is a very simple, yet effective will providing a testamentary gift of the testators estate all to one person, for example, their spouse or child. If that gift fails, then the gift is specified to go to another person or charity.
It is suitable for a person with few relatives.
The Net Lawman wills are suitable for most situations. If the will you need is not here, we can draw a will to your precise instructions for a very reasonable fee.
In these descriptions: “remainderman" means the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
We have specified each will as “suitable for” some class of will maker. But our classes are not exclusive. Anyone can make a will from any of these templates.
