About this document
This will document allows the testator to give specific gifts or personalty or real estate to anyone. The bulk of the main estate passes to the spouse or life partner with a provision to allow the surviving spouse to spend the capital, should they wish. Whatever is left of that trust fund, on the spouse's death, passes to the children. It includes wide trust powers. This will document is most suited to a person with wealthy children, or perhaps simply adult children who do not require large sums of cash. It also assumes that, because the spouse can spend all of the capital of the trust fund, the testator is happy to allow the spouse to distribute that capital as they like perhaps even to a second partner.
The Net Lawman wills are suitable for most situations. If the will you need is not here, we can draw a will to your precise instructions for a very reasonable fee.
In these descriptions: "remainderman" means the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a tenant for life).
