About this document:
This lease agreement has been drafted so as to protect the interest of the landlord. While it is fair to both parties, it is for a tenant to challenge the provisions which may not suit his circumstances.
This lease is suitable for:
any self contained, shop or similar property, with or without ancillary accommodation, and on one or more floors.
