Like all good leases, this stand alone workshop business lease agreement has been designed primarily to protect the interest of the landlord.  It is for a tenant to challenge those paragraphs which may not suit the circumstances.

• waste/dirty water disposal in the workshop

• requirement for disposal of wastes and so on which may be hazardous if left unattended

• nuisance to the neighbours

• insurance against possible risks

• payment and or inclusion of utilities in form of warranties from the landlord stating that the premises are fit for being used as a workshop
