I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (No. 30 of 1963), hereby order as follows:
1-
This Order may be cited as the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (Commencement) Order, 1964.
2-
The 1st day of April, 1964, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (No. 30 of 1963) shall come into operation.
