An act to terminate, the duration of the public safety act, 1927

Be it enacted by the Oireachtas of saorstát eireann as follows:—
1-
Duration of the Public Safety Act, 1927
Sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Public Safety Act, 1927 (No. 31 of 1927), is hereby, repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the said Public Safety Act, 1927 , shall expire on the passing of this Act.
